Omaha, NE (October 25th, 2006) — Prairie Voice Services, a leading specialist in interactive voice services and Internet messaging, today announced four appointments within the organization. Ray Golden, Randy Houston and John Johnson have been hired as Vice Presidents of Sales, while Curt Bennett has been named Launch Specialist.
Ray Golden, Vice President of Sales, is an industry leader in direct response and telemarketing. For most of the past 24 years, Mr. Golden has been at WATS Marketing of America and West Corporation where he worked on prestigious direct response campaigns for American Express, Time-Life, Sports Illustrated, and many others. He is also the past President and Chairman of the Mid-America Direct Marketing Association and a recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award from Customer Inter@ction Solutions, for his work in Direct Response and Telemarketing. He completed his education at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and holds a commercial pilot's rating.
Randy Houston, Vice President of Sales, has over a decade of experience in media sales, with special focus on the cable and broadcast television industries. His prior experience with media giants such as Cox Communications, Hearst Argyle Television and ABC suit him to pursue Prairie Voice Services' expansion strategies in the media services marketplace. Prior to joining Prairie Voice Services, Mr. Houston was General Sales Manager for Cox Media in Omaha, Nebraska. A long-time Omaha resident, Mr. Houston holds a B.A. from Creighton University.
John Johnson, Vice President of Sales, has held a number of executive sales management, business development and service positions with industry leaders in the outsourced automated and live agent call processing industry over the past twelve years, most recently with West Corporation and LiveOps. Mr. Johnson's expertise in developing and applying complex technical solutions to business process challenges has resulted in the creation of a number of industry-enhancing capabilities for nationally recognized companies including ABC Television, Home Shopping Network, Nabisco, Providian Financial and LiveOps.
Curt Bennett, Launch Specialist, will be focusing on implementation of major new client projects in collections, direct response, SMS services and other key Prairie Voice Services growth areas. Mr. Bennett comes to Prairie Voice Services with over fifteen years of experience in project administration, human resources and client services. He spent the last five at West Corporation, where he was Client Services Manager for the Direct Response Division. Mr. Bennett is an Omaha native and a new father.
