The voice application allows hotel clerks to rapidly and accurately process a Corporate Lodging card presented at check-in. This functionality is especially important for small hotels that don't have electronic point of sale (POS) devices, as it accesses real-time information contained in Corporate Lodging Consultants' TALON (Travel and Lodging Online Network) system.
