Prairie Voice Services Names New President and CEO

Omaha, NE (July 27th, 2005) — The Board of Directors of Prairie Voice Services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas K. Nichting as President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Prairie Voice Services, Tom spent 13 years with First Data Corporation in a variety of Executive positions including overall responsibility for Call Interactive, Teleservices, First Data Solutions, Output and Utility Services. Mr. Nichting succeeds Ronald R. Calek, who led Prairie Voice Services since 1997 and managed the company to 27 quarters of consecutive profitability. Mr. Calek will serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors, applying his industry experience and deep knowledge of the company, its operations and client base.
