Device Outage Notification

This application works with a dedicated detection device, such as a power-line monitor, to watch a location or a circuit. If a storm or other problem causes an outage, the device sends a message to our communication solutions platform, which then launches a series of notifications based on customer contact preferences — email, text, fax or phone. The platform also immediately notifies the utility company of the outage and device location so that service can be restored as quickly as possible. Once restored, the platform notifies the client.
