Critical Communications

Whether it's a national emergency, a product recall, alerting employees of a plant closing or announcing an exceptional company result, delivering messages to customized calling lists is what Critical Communications is all about.

  • Rapid response capabilities provide short-cycle application deployments
  • Secure access via phone or Web to create and manage alert notifications
  • Delivers thousands of messages instantly with more efficiency and less expense than live operators
  • Multi-media messaging enables user contact preferences across phone, pager, fax, email and text
  • Connects recipients to a voice bridge for an on-demand conference call
  • Enables you to create new user-managed broadcast lists for different events
  • Distinguishes live answers from voicemail and delivers the appropriate messages
  • Web-based tools make it easy to edit program features, view reports and access comprehensive, real-time information on attempts, contacts and results

Critical Communications is a specially-tuned Interactive Voice Broadcast (IVB) that delivers personalized, time-critical alerts on demand — anywhere, any time. An authorized user or administrator initiates the communications online from a secure, Web-based control panel or phone. Messages are then delivered via our advanced text-to-speech capabilities. Contact information for each recipient is defined in "hunt groups" so recipients can be reached by phone, cell, SMS, email, fax — whatever they designate. An online management reporting screen displays who has and has not been reached and the progress of hunt group contact attempts.

Once on the call, Critical Communications includes the ability to connect recipients to a voice bridge for an on-demand conference call. The transfer or bridge number can be pre-defined or specified when the broadcast is launched. Our automated "whisper greet" feature can pass a conference ID or password to the bridge, avoiding the need for the recipients to juggle pen and paper.
