The Digital Record and Replay leader, Prairie Interactive Messaging provides clients with a virtually live audio copy of a call or teleconference that can be accessed at any time using a touch-tone phone. We also have the unique ability to "Follow the Call". This means we can record an entire complex call, following the caller from the IVR to a live agent to a supervisor then back to the IVR.
