Once a call is recorded, it is stored in our system for up to 30 days and accessible as an online report, listing important call detail. Whether you need to do call auditing, dispute resolution, training or some other critical task, recorded calls are right at your fingertips.

If you need the call stored longer than 30 days, we provide an archiving service to back up your call on our system in an extended version of the online recording access interface. This is often used to document disputed transactions, meet requirements for regulatory compliance and put an end to union grievances.

Depending on business arrangements, archives are eventually uploaded to your server or moved offline to cold storage via our media fulfillment process. Multiple access, storage and fulfillment arrangements combine to make archiving of call recordings a very flexible process that can be readily adapted to your business needs.
